7th and 8th Chorus Trip

Proposed for November 10, 11 and 12, 2010

Students will
participate in the STARS program at Universal Studios Parks by performing for
the public. While in Florida,
we will visit Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure, Medieval
Times Dinner Theater and the Blue Man Group. Travel will be by American
Coach charter bus and arranged by Creative Group Tours.

| The price per student is $410 and includes the following: |

| Payments for the trip can be made in three installments. The first deposit
is due by August 27 ($100). We will fill
up one bus by August 27 on a first come basis.
If there are enough students for a second bus, we will share a second
bus with the Booth orchestra. The other deposits are September 24
($150), last payment of $160 minus any fund-raising money due October 22.

The price does not include items of a personal nature (i.e. souvenirs, beverages or snack foods), meals enroute or during itinerary not listed above (2). |

All deposits are fully refundable up to 90 days prior to travel; $25 cancellation penalty for up to 45 days prior to travel; $50 cancellation penalty for 45-21 days prior to travel. Inside 21 days -- NO REFUNDS GIVEN |

This is not a mandatory trip. Students must abide by the trip discipline plan and school rules in order to go.
